Job summary

Northwest Emergency at Eastern is seeking physicians to staff four freestanding emergency departments in Amarillo, TX. The group is physician-led and operates as an independent contractor with a competitive compensation package and tail coverage.

Board-certified/board-eligible in EM, or FM/IM with strong EM experience, is encouraged. ATLS, ACLS, and PALS are required. TX license eligibility is needed for practice in Texas.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Emergency Medicine or FM/IM with EM experience.
• Current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (required).
• Eligible for a Texas medical license.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Staff four Freestanding Emergency Departments affiliated with Northwest Texas Healthcare System.
• Provide comprehensive emergency care with imaging and lab services.
• Collaborate in a physician-led, autonomous practice environment.

Our independent, physician-led emergency medicine group is actively recruiting dedicated physicians to staff four Freestanding Emergency Departments (FSEDs) affiliated with Northwest Texas Healthcare System in Amarillo, Texas.
