Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine with EM fellowship.

• Provide high-quality emergency department care across several facilities.
• Collaborate with nurses, techs, and hospital staff to ensure patient safety.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and patient care initiatives.

IES is looking for ABEM Physicians to join a dynamic and supportive team providing high-quality care across several modern facilities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and a collaborative environment designed to support your success.

• Employment Type: Full-time | W-2 or 1099 Independent Contractor
• Schedule Options:
  • 24-hour shifts
  • Full-time, benefit eligible @ 120 hours/month (W2 only)
• Facility Setup: 16 beds (8 ED + 8 inpatient)
• Support Staff: Nurses, ED techs (paramedics), rad techs, and telemedicine hospitalists
