Benedictine is seeking an RN/LPN (Float) to support multiple Benedictine communities within the region. You will provide quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and travel to facilities as needed to meet residents' varied needs.

Must hold current state licensure in good standing, read and write in English, and have clinical experience. This is a regional travel role with a strong emphasis on compassionate, resident-centered care.

As an RN/LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

• The RN/LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The RN/LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• RN/LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Current State licensure as a Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.
