Cynet Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week therapy traveler assignment in Texas. You will work under the supervision of physical therapists to implement exercise, gait and balance training, and other modalities to support patient recovery.

Applicants must have 2 years PTA experience and hold a TX or compact license. You will manage caseloads, report progress, and maintain productivity while ensuring quality patient care.

Responsabilités

• Under the direction and supervision of physical therapists, PTAs treat patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions.
• They record patients' progress and report the results of each treatment to the physical therapist.
• Therapy travelers are expected to proactively build and manage their caseloads using available patient referrals and treatment opportunities while meeting the facility's productivity expectations.
• Guaranteed hours apply when onsite and available to work, but the facility may not provide sufficient patient volume to fulfill those hours.
• If a treatment session is missed or shortened, the traveler should reschedule or complete the remaining treatment in line with the plan of care.
