American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant with 2+ years of PTA experience for a 13-week Long Term Care assignment in Clyde, TX. A TX or compact PTA license is required to practice at the facility.

Responsibilities include providing patient treatment under the supervision of a physical therapist, recording progress, and maintaining thorough documentation throughout the assignment. The role is a day-shift LTC position with housing and travel benefits available.

Qualificações

• Active TX or compact PTA license required.
• Minimum 2 years PTA experience required.
• Experience in Long Term Care setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient treatment through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions under supervision of a physical therapist.
• Record patient progress and report treatment outcomes to the supervising physical therapist.
• Long Term Care setting within the Physical Therapy unit.
• Day shift, 8-hour shifts; no weekend or on-call requirements.
• 13-week assignment.
