Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a Telemetry RN for a 28-week travel assignment in Springfield, IL. The role focuses on continuous cardiac monitoring, treatment administration, and collaboration with the care team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• One year of Telemetry RN experience or similar.
• Current RN license in good standing in the state where assignment is located.
• BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.
• ACLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
• Administer prescribed cardiac medications and treatments.
• Assist physician during cardiac procedures and exams.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and telemetry monitoring.
• Document patient assessments and notify physicians of changes.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and risk factors.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient care.
