Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Telemetry RN for a 12-week travel assignment in Saint Paul, MN. The role focuses on continuous cardiac monitoring, assessment, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Nights, 12-hour shifts, and 36 hours per week are required. The ideal candidate has at least one year of Telemetry RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Telemetry RN.
• Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
• Administer prescribed cardiac medications and treatments.
• Support physicians during cardiac procedures and exams.
• Maintain patient comfort and telemetry safety.
• Document patient status and response to interventions.
• Respond to cardiac emergencies per protocols.
• Record nursing history and assessments for telemetry patients.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and risk factors.
