Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry RN for a Med Surg / Telemetry travel assignment in Saint Louis, MO. The role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience and involves 12-hour night shifts at a 48-hour weekly schedule.

The Telemetry RN will monitor heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, and oxygenation, interpreting data to guide patient care. ACLS/BLS/NIH certifications may be required, with a tax-free stipend and 13-week duration.

Qualifications

• RN with 1–2 years of acute care experience.
• Telemetry RN for Med Surg / Telemetry.
• ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized telemetry equipment.
• Interpret and record electronic displays from monitors.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring data indicate issues.
