Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Telemetry RN for a 14-week travel assignment in Augusta, GA. The role focuses on continuous cardiac monitoring and comprehensive patient care within a telemetry unit.

You will collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans and ensure patient safety. The position requires 1 year of Telemetry RN experience, an active GA RN license, and current BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of Telemetry RN experience required.
• Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Current ACLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data; respond to abnormalities.
• Administer prescribed cardiac medications and treatments following approved techniques.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during cardiac procedures/examinations.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety on telemetry units.
• Document patient status and notify changes to the supervisor/physician.
