Responsibilities
- Complete assignments made by physicians.
- Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
- Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
- Administer medication.
- Meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care between nursing staff, physicians and other team members.
