Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry RN for a travel assignment in Louisville, Kentucky. The position is 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts, travel status. Start ASAP.

Requires 1–2 years of acute care experience; BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications. As a TELE Travel Nurse you will monitor heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, SpO2 and ECG data, connect patients to telemetry equipment, interpret readings and communicate with the care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Prior travel nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust telemetry equipment; interpret displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and alert the medical team.
• Initiate corrective actions based on monitoring data.
