Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry travel nurse in Lexington, KY for a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week. The shift is 12-hour nights. Start date is 09/28/2026, with 1–2 years of acute care experience preferred and travel employment.

As a TELE Travel Nurse, you will monitor patients using telemetry equipment, interpret data, and collaborate with the care team. ACLS/BLS required; additional certifications may be needed before starting.

Qualifications

• Telemetry monitoring and interpretation.
• 1 year of acute care experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust telemetry equipment and record displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify medical team.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring data indicates adverse symptoms.
