Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry Travel RN for an immediate opening in Merced, CA. This 13-week assignment offers 36 hours per week, with 12-hour days.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience and are prepared to work in a fast-paced telemetry unit. As a Telemetry RN, you will monitor heart rate, blood pressure, brea thing rate, SpO2 and ECG data, interpret findings, and communicate with the care team.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• NIH certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized telemetry equipment and interpret displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring data shows adverse signs.
