Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a Telemetry Travel Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Valencia, California. This travel RN position features 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour workweek. Immediate need for Telemetry RNs with acute care experience.

Ideal candidates hold ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications. You will monitor heart rate, BP, respiration, SpO2, and ECG data, and interpret results to guide patient care as part of a dedicated travel team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications required; additional certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and adjust specialized telemetry equipment and interpret electronic displays.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring data indicates adverse symptoms.
