TotalMed RN seeks Telemetry RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Washington, DC. The role focuses on Med Surg / Telemetry with 12-hour days and 36 hours per week, requiring acute care experience and telemetry proficiency.

Responsibilities include basic bedside care, monitoring ECG, heart rate, blood pressure, and alarms, and reporting irregular telemetry readings to the medical team. ACLS and BLS are mandatory certifications.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• NIH certification may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry and vital signs.
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the medical team.
• Initiate corrective action based on monitoring data.
