ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina. This night shift position involves 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with weekend and holiday work on an every-third-weekend basis.

We are looking for an RN with acute care rehabilitation experience, plus active RN licensure and BLS certification. EPIC charting and dysrhythmia interpretation are required, and prior EPIC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year RN experience required; first-time travelers not considered.
• Acute Care Rehabilitation experience is preferred.
• Active RN license required at submission time.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Prior EPIC charting experience is required.
• Experience interpreting dysrhythmias and EKG is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Interpret laboratory results and conduct medication reconciliation.
• Manage patient health questionnaires and document vital signs.
• Perform dressing changes and set up aseptic/sterile procedure trays.
• Handle specimen collection including phlebotomy and clean catch urine samples.
• Conduct telephone triage and manage pharmacy call requests for patient refills.
• Care for patients diagnosed with CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injuries, and generalized debility.
• Maintain patient ratios typically at 1:6, with occasional adjustments for acutely impacted units.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care Rehabilitation team. The RN will provide specialized care for patients with rehabilitation needs, including those who are post-stroke, post-surgically, or have neurological diagnoses.
