Telemetry (TELE) nurse position in the Chicago, Illinois area. This role involves providing specialized patient care within the telemetry unit, with scheduled night shifts. The position offers a temporary assignment lasting approximately three months, suitable for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with background in telemetry and a commitment to delivering quality care.

Job Details

Schedule: Nights, 36 hours weekly

Required Qualifications

• RN Illinois license
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 0 years of experience
• 3+ years of telemetry experience preferred
• Past traveler experience is a plus
• Candidates must submit a resume, skills, two references, active certifications, and license credentials prior to start

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of telemetry experience

Additional Information

• This role requires the nurse to float to other medical-surgical/telemetry units as needed.
• The initial orientation will be on the unit, lasting six hours.
• The contract length is 8 weeks, beginning on 10/04/2026, with a scheduled end date of 01/24/2027.
• No on-call responsibilities are involved.
