Job summary

Gifted Healthcare is seeking a Telemetry RN (Tele RN) to partner with the health care team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. The Tele RN will use monitoring equipment to track heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, oxygen levels, and ECG data.

Responsibilities include preparing, administering and recording prescribed meds, assisting physicians during exams, identifying abnormal telemetry readings and notifying the team, and monitoring specialized patient

Responsibilities

• Tele RNs prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications and report an adverse reaction to medications in accordance with policies
• Prepare equipment and assist physician during examination and treatment of patient
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member
• Monitor specialized equipment used on patients and interpret electronic displays
