Gifted Healthcare is seeking a Telemetry RN to join the health care team in evaluating and planning patient care. The Tele RN will monitor vital signs, telemetry data, and patient responses to treatments.

Responsibilities include preparing, administering, and recording prescribed medications; assisting physicians during examinations; identifying irregular telemetry readings and notifying the team; and monitoring equipment during 3x12 night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications and report adverse reactions to medications in accordance with policies
• Prepare equipment and assist physician during examination and treatment of patient
• Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member
• Monitor specialized equipment used on patients and interpret electronic displays
