Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Travel - Tech - Angio IR with on-call responsibilities in Savannah, GA. The role supports the Angiography/IR unit in a high-acuity setting, performing advanced procedures and patient care with 1:1 ratios.

Shifts are 4–10 hours with call, and the team uses IVUS, Shockwave, Angio Jet and Jet Stream equipment. ACLS/BLS, critical care experience, and ER/ICU background are required for this assignment.

Qualifications

• ACLS & BLS certifications required.
• Must have Critical Care / Angio (IR) experience.
• Unit uses 1:1 patient ratios and 4–10 hour shifts with call.

Responsibilities

• Procedures: Permcath, Port Placement, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy, TVAR, TIPS, EVAR, PE, Stroke, Trauma.
• Support interventional radiology staff and ensure patient safety during high acuity cases.
• Operate within EPIC Cupid documentation system and follow unit guidelines.

Unit Specifics: Angiography / IR

Number of Beds: 3 Angiography Labs (2 Dedicated IR Labs/ 1 Hybrid OR)

Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Lead Tech, RN, ARRT / RTR, RCIS (3-4 person teams 2Tech 2RN- ideal staffing)

Type of equipment: IVUS, Shockwave, Angio Jet, Jet Stream

Documentation system: EPIC Cupid

Scheduling requirements: 4–10-hour shifts with call

Floating policy: NA

Patient Experience requirements: ICU/ER experience needed

Hospital Specifics-

Certifications: ACLS & BLS

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set: Critical care gtt management, Angio / IR experience including stroke & trauma care.
