Job summary

Advance Tank and Construction is seeking a Traveling Field Tank Foreman to oversee construction and repair of large storage tanks nationwide. The role requires directing crews, reading blueprints, and maintaining schedules while following safety protocols.

Travel will be extensive, with time away from home typical. Qualified candidates will have experience in tank construction/repair, leadership ability to train 5–15 workers, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Experience with safety requirements when building Tanks in large plant environments.
• Ability to direct and train 5–15 employees in Tank construction or repair.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to outline construction sequence for Tanks.
• Oversee and train a crew of 2–15 workers to build Tanks while maintaining schedule.
• Prepare payroll and job-site paperwork for regional offices and customers.
• Coordinate with customers, inspectors, suppliers and safety/quality personnel.
