Job Details

• Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with an expected minimum of 40 hours per week. The assignment will commence on 10/19/2026 and conclude on 01/16/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in surgical technology or equivalent, active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) license in Virginia, and VA (Virginia) state licensure documentation. A minimum of 2 years of experience in open heart cardiovascular operating room procedures is required. Prior travel experience is mandatory.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a similar open heart CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) setting.
• Additional Information: The role involves a maximum of three call shifts per weekday and up to three weekends per six-week schedule. Weekend shifts include both call and working hours. Credentialing must be completed one week prior to the start date. All authorized time off (RTO) requests must be submitted and approved before acceptance. No local travelers under 60 miles will be considered. The client reserves the right to cancel up to three shifts per assignment due to census fluctuations. COVID and flu vaccination declinations are accepted with proper documentation.
