Jackson HealthPros in Springfield, MO seeks an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to assist surgeons and nurses in the operating room, preparing the room, sterilizing equipment, and supporting the team throughout procedures. The ideal candidate holds NBSTSA certification, BLS from AHA, and has at least two years in an OR, with CVOR experience in cardiac settings preferred.

Shift is 3x12, with weekend calls.

Qualifications

• Current NBSTSA certification in surgical technology.
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• Minimum 2 years' OR tech experience in surgical setting.
• CVOR role requires 2 years CVOR technologist experience in cardiac surgery.
• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• 1 year plus surgical technologist experience in hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and nurses in the operating room.
• Prepare the operating room and sterilize instruments.
• Support the surgical team throughout procedures.
• Adhere to safety and patient care standards.
