American Traveler seeks a Certified Surgical First Assist for a 13-week Operating Room assignment in Wisconsin. This role requires BLS certification and prior Epic EMR experience.

Responsibilities include OR support from 0630 to 1500, call as needed, possible float within 40 miles, and experience in L&D and general surgery (ortho, gyn, and general cases). Local candidates may receive a reduced rate due to the facility radius rule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of surgical OR experience required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Prior travel healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate in the OR 001 department for a 13-week assignment.
• Shift hours 0630-1500, with flexibility based on surgical volume.
• Call requirements on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• May float onsite within 40 miles as needed.
• Experience in L&D and general surgery including ortho, gyn, and general cases.
• Local candidates may receive a reduced rate due to facility radius policy.
• First-time travelers may not be considered; submit to one Ascension position system-wide.
