Ideal candidates should have 2+ years of experience in structural steel erection and a strong understanding of rigging and crane signaling. A full benefits package, including health and dental insurance, is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of structural steel erection experience.
• Strong understanding of rigging and crane signaling.
• Familiarity with welding (certification preferred).
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Unload, position, align, and bolt or weld steel components.
• Assist with rigging activities and serve as a certified signalperson.
• Perform tack welding, cutting, and grinding as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings.
• Read and interpret erection drawings and bolt-up plans.
