Qualifications

• 1+ year welding experience (field or shop) with ability to pass a weld test.
• Ability to read blueprints, prints, and job instructions.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather and physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate structures in field settings in accordance with drawings and codes.
• Read and interpret prints, isometric drawings, and job instructions.
• Measure and communicate field measurements accurately.
• Work independently or in small crews to support construction projects.
