Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, and service areas at our Texas location. You will supervise a team, manage processes, and execute strategies to grow sales and improve customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on leadership, budget awareness, and strong communication, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and delivering excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced travel-stop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple operations including store, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, and truck care.
• Maintain safe, clean, and well-kept facilities with restrooms, equipment, and safety checks.
• Drive sales with efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising.
• Support GM with tasks, scheduling, cash controls, and routine reporting.
• Analyze P&L and act on opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition with managers.
