ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN STICU - Surgical Trauma Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Asheville, North Carolina. The STICU nurse will work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced trauma ICU environment and must have prior trauma/SICU experience. The assignment runs 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, starting 10/12/2026.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Surgical Trauma ICU (STICU). The ideal candidate will have experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center and a strong background in Surgical ICU nursing. The STICU is a fast-paced environment where teamwork and flexibility are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for critically ill patients.
• Perform advanced procedures including intubation, chest tube placement, and central line insertion.
• Administer medications and manage CRRT/HD as required.
