Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN is required.
- Current RN license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC) is required.
- Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC) is required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data.
- Administer medications and treatments per nursing techniques with a cardiac focus.
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during cardiac procedures and exams.
- Maintain patient comfort and safety for telemetry patients.
- Document nursing history and assessments for telemetry patients.
