Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Clarksville, TN. You will care for patients transitioning from ICU to med-surgical units, monitor telemetry, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

This travel RN position offers nights, 3 days x 12 hours, competitive weekly pay of $1,762 to $1,874, start date 10/26/2026, and comprehensive benefits including health, PTO, and licensure support.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN.
• Current valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets telemetry data and responds to abnormalities.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments with a focus on cardiac care.
• Prepares equipment and assists physician during cardiac procedures.
• Maintains patient safety and comfort for telemetry patients.
• Documents patient status and notifies team of changes.
• Responds to life-threatening situations following protocol.
