Qualifications

• Active RN license required.

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs using the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.
• Document the plan of care with expected outcomes and interventions.
• Initiate and evaluate patient and family education.
• Revise and document plan of care as medical conditions change.
