Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a qualified Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Dayton, OH. The role offers dayshift, a 3x12 schedule, and competitive weekly pay in a supportive clinical team.

Required: 1 year of Stepdown RN experience, RN license in Ohio, and current BLS/ACLS certifications. Travel benefits and comprehensive health coverage are included with start on 9/14/2026.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
• Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
• Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments focusing on cardiac care
• Prepares equipment and assists physicians during cardiac procedures
• Maintains awareness of comfort and safety for telemetry patients
• Documents patient status and notifies supervisor or physician of changes
• Responds to life-threatening cardiac emergencies following standards
• Educates patients on cardiac health and risk factors
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care
