Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Travel Stepdown RN for a 13-week assignment in Lubbock, Texas. The role centers on patients transitioning from ICU to medical-surgical/telemetry units, with a focus on cardiac care and continuous monitoring to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications
- One year of recent Stepdown RN experience.
- Current Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
- Current ACLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry data and respond to abnormalities.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Prepare equipment and assist with cardiac procedures.
- Maintain patient comfort and safety in telemetry units.
- Document nursing history and assessment for telemetry patients.
- Educate patients on cardiac health and lifestyle changes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
