MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Step-Down RN for a 13-week assignment in Morgantown, WV. The role requires 36 hours per week, with 12-hour day shifts. Start date is 09/28/2026, and the position offers travel reimbursement and housing options.

Active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and BLS are required, plus 18+ months in Acute Care PCU/Step-down. Client facilities may have additional requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.
• Other requirements may be determined by the client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs using the nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Document the plan of care with identified nursing diagnoses and outcomes.
• Initiate and evaluate patient and family education; update plans as needed.
• Revise the care plan based on evaluation and changes in medical status.
