The position requires a current RN license, a nursing degree, BLS certification, and at least 18 months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience. This travel role offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and sign/symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Document nursing diagnoses, plans, and interventions.
• Record the plan of care with expected outcomes and interventions.
• Initiate and evaluate patient/family education.
• Revise the plan of care based on evaluation and changes in medical plan.
