MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Morgantown, West Virginia.

The position requires an Active RN license, a nursing degree from an accredited program, and BLS certification, with at least 18 months of recent Acute Care PCU/Step-down experience. Shifts are 12 hours, days, with 36 hours per week, and travel employment is offered.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs, signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and documents nursing diagnoses.
• Documents the plan of care using nursing diagnoses, outcomes, and interventions.
• Initiates and evaluates patient and/or family education.
