Job summary

Midwest Industrial Supply, Inc. is seeking a field specialist to deliver and apply Dust Control and Stabilization products, ensuring safety and high service standards.

You will operate the spray truck, follow the spray plan, and maintain equipment while traveling to client sites across multiple locations. The role requires a CDL Class A with tanker endorsement preferred, 3+ years driving experience, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A with Tanker endorsement preferred.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience in a similar role.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with peers in a team environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive the company spray truck to deliver and apply Midwest products at customer sites after training.
• Execute spray plans accurately and on time; inform manager/customer of delays.
• Maintain and inspect the spray truck and trailer; perform minor repairs.
• Travel up to 60% to service customers and build relationships with key contacts.
• Complete paperwork and communications via email/tablet; follow safety standards.
