Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in California is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with acute care experience to support adult patients in a busy clinical setting. This role emphasizes swallowing assessments and instrumental evaluations.

You will perform bedside swallow evaluations and MBS, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with physicians, radiology, and care teams, and educate patients and families on swallowing safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience with adults
• 1 year accepted if internship was completed in an acute setting
• Proficient in Modified Barium Swallow Study (MBS)
• Pediatric MBS experience is a strong plus
• Active SLP license (state-specific as applicable)
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Perform bedside swallow evaluations and instrumental assessments (MBS)

Weekend Requirement: Rotation required (approximately every 3rd Saturday/Sunday)
