Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice seeks a Travel and school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support educational settings in Delaware. You will evaluate students, develop IEP goals, and deliver individual and group therapy while collaborating with school teams.

Required is a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active Delaware SLP license; CCC-SLP preferred, CF considered. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), licensure support, and CEU reimbursement.

Role:

Travel and school-based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) supporting educational settings.

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech-language evaluations, develop IEP goals, provide individual and group therapy, participate in IEP meetings, support AAC, and ensure compliance with documentation and progress monitoring. Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to enhance students' communication skills.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active DE SLP license, school-based experience, and familiarity with IEP development. CCC-SLP preferred; CF considered.

Skills & Support:

Strong communication, teamwork, clinical assessment, and documentation skills. Ongoing clinical support from a CCC-SLP and professional advocacy.
