Job summary

Critical Connection, inc is seeking a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist for a SNF setting in Peru, Illinois. The role involves delivering 1:1 skilled therapy to patients with speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders.

Requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and an active state license; CCC-SLP preferred, CFY candidates welcome. 13-week assignment with 40 hours per week and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active (or pending) state SLP license.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat dysphagia, cognition, speech, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide 1:1 skilled therapy.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on care strategies.
• Document progress and outcomes accurately.
