Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Design personalized therapy plans based on evaluation findings.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Ensure safe, infection-controlled treatment environments.
