Fusion Medical Staffing in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 13-week travel assignment. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations in a facility setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, development of individualized treatment plans, and documentation in the EMR. Preferred qualifications include CCC-SLP, Master’s in SLP, and licensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master’s Degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• CCC-SLP preferred; experience welcome.
• New grads considered for some roles with licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across ages.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluations.
• Document progress and outcomes in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on strategies and home exercises.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Maintain safe therapy environment and adhere to protocols.
• Engage in quality improvement and professional development.
