Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed speech-language pathologist for a travel assignment in the Springfield, IL area. The full-time position supports K–12 students, with a caseload of 28, including several SGDs.

You’ll work in-person, collaborating with teachers and families to deliver individualized therapy during the district calendar. The role offers travel stipends, housing or meals, comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k), and job security.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state licensure.
• Experience in K–12 settings is beneficial.
• Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices, especially SGDs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to a diverse caseload.
• Assess, plan, and implement interventions, including SGD support.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff.
• Document progress and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Adapt services to meet varied student ages and needs.
