Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time travel hybrid role near Irving, TX. The position offers four days onsite and one remote day per week, with non-taxable stipends and relocation assistance, plus top-tier benefits.

You will support elementary students, deliver therapy, complete evaluations, and collaborate with educators and families while advancing clinical skills in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Texas SLP license is required.
• ASHA CCC certification is required.
• Experience in school-based pediatric settings is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to elementary students.
• Complete evaluations, develop IEPs, and document student progress.
• Collaborate with educational teams and families.
• Maintain accurate records and Medicaid billing as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions.
