Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment in Fort Worth, Texas. You will serve K-12 students across campuses, delivering direct therapy, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and contributing to IEP meetings.

This role offers premium compensation, non-taxable stipends for housing and meals, travel assistance, healthcare benefits, a 401(k), and a reliable contract duration. Active Texas SLP license required, TEA background check may be required.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Active Texas SLP license is required.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills preferred.
  • Prior experience in school-based settings is a plus.
  • Ability to complete or verify TEA fingerprinting/background check.

Responsibilities

  • Serve K–12 students across one or two campuses (itinerant assignment).
  • Provide supervision to SLPAs (if assigned multiple campuses).
  • Deliver direct therapy services and manage assigned caseloads.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Maintain clear documentation per district and regulatory guidelines.
