Centra Healthcare Allied seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to join a SNF/LTC team for a 13-week travel assignment in Largo, Florida. The role is 40 hours per week, with days shift, and requires an SLP-CCC and active licensure with CPR certification.

The position emphasizes collaboration within an interdisciplinary team, adherence to physician orders, and delivering effective speech therapy services to advance patient communication and swallowing goals.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Speech Language Pathologist / SLP or in the application process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care for each patient.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assesses patient needs, plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Set realistic and achievable goals for patients to develop or recover reliable communication and swallowing skills.
• Candidate must be an SLP-CCC.
