Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an SLP or in the application process
• Current CPR certification
• Work within an interdisciplinary team to develop a plan of care
• Provide skilled speech therapy services / interventions per physician orders
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care for speech therapy goals
• SLP-CCC certification required

Responsibilities
