Srimatrix Health is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, swallowing, and communication services across the lifespan in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat swallowing and communication disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families, document thoroughly in the EHR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support

Qualifications

Master’s degree from an ASHA-accredited program.
CCC-SLP certification through ASHA.
Active and unrestricted SLP license.
Current BLS certification.
Minimum of 2 years of licensed SLP experience.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, feeding and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on referrals and patient goals.
Perform comprehensive assessments and interpret diagnostic results.
Educate patients, families and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs.
Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and collaborate with the care team.
Participate in quality improvement and program development activities.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, swallowing, and communication services for patients across the lifespan, from pediatric to geriatric populations. This role supports both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a collaborative healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders while delivering patient-centered care and evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, feeding, and swallowing disorders.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals, clinical findings, and patient goals.
Perform comprehensive assessments and interpret diagnostic testing results.
Provide treatment for patients with developmental, cognitive, neurological, emotional, and physical disabilities.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and program development activities.
