Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in a healthcare setting across inpatient and outpatient rehab sites.

The role requires an active Oklahoma SLP license and current BLS certification, with EMR experience and at least one year of SLP practice preferred. You will assess, diagnose, treat, document progress, and collaborate with the care team to support recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma SLP license and current BLS certification.
• Experience with EMR systems and at least one year of recent SLP practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing challenges.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Documenting patient progress accurately.
• Provide therapy in inpatient or outpatient rehab settings, participate in patient evaluations, and support recovery goals.
