Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in an acute care setting to diagnose, treat, and prevent speech, voice, and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities include creating individualized treatment plans, conducting screenings, educating patients and families, reporting progress, and ensuring thorough documentation compliant with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months experience; new graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Must hold ASHA-SLP certification, state licensing, and BLS certification.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean comfortably for extended periods.

Job description

Role: Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, voice, and swallowing disorders in diverse patient populations within an acute care setting.

Key Duties
